Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to love your StoryWear apparel! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund. Please note the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items that are customized or made to order are not eligible for return.
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@storywear.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
- Pack the item securely and affix the shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow:
- 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed once we receive the returned item.
- Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Special Cases
In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:
- For damaged items, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
- If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us, and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Exceptions to the Policy
While we strive to accommodate our customers, the following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Final sale items or items purchased during promotional sales.
